Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

In case of high order volume, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Within Lahore: 1–2 business days
  • Major Cities in Pakistan: 2–4 business days
  • Other Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order through the courier service.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure you are available to receive your order at the provided address.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship all across Pakistan. For international orders, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping rates.


Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies but will assist you in tracking your shipment.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos (if applicable)

We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
